Shipping rates are to be added to the amount of your order. Shipping is by TNT Post International Parcel Plus service, sign on delivery. Different rates apply for different parts of the world. Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg:............$ 18. € 12.

Rest of the world:.......................................$ 36. € 23. Shipping will take from 1 or 2 days for the Netherlands and Belgium to 8 till 10 days for Australia and South Africa. Sometimes parcels a held up a bit longer by customs, especially when shipping to the US, something which I regret but can't help, alas.
